All Noucou orders are shipped with DHL Express:
EU/UK: Next business day
USA: 1-3 business days
UAE/Middle East: 2 business days
Canada: 2-4 business days
Australia/NZ: 3-6 business days
We offer worldwide door-to-door insured shipping via DHL Express.
EU, UK, UAE, US, and Canada: We cover all import duties and taxes.
Rest of World: We cover half of your import duties.

Noucou offers a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your piece. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and shipped to our Antwerp, Belgium headquarters for authentication.
Return shipping costs and import duties are not covered, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once verified, refunds are processed within 5 working days. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.
Bespoke and personalized pieces, including Noucou High Jewelry and Pink/Blue Capsule collections, are non-returnable.
