We offer worldwide door-to-door insured shipping via DHL Express.

EU, UK, UAE, US, and Canada: We cover all import duties and taxes.

Rest of World: We cover half of your import duties.

Noucou offers a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your piece. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and shipped to our Antwerp, Belgium headquarters for authentication.

Return shipping costs and import duties are not covered, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once verified, refunds are processed within 5 working days. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

Bespoke and personalized pieces, including Noucou High Jewelry and Pink/Blue Capsule collections, are non-returnable.

The Power Bracelet / Lollipop / GO are compatible with all Apple Watch Series, including the all-new Series 10 & Ultra 2.

Please indicate your Apple Watch case size when placing your order - Standard Case 42-41mm (same goes for 40/38mm) or Large Case 46-45mm (same goes for 44/42mm).

If you decide to change your Apple Watch Case Size, you can order a Power Connector Set to make your existing Power Bracelet compatible with your new case. This is not compatible with the Power Bracelet GO.

Samsung Galaxy Watch / Google Pixel Watch / MoonSwatch: We can craft a compatible Power Bracelet, please get in touch and we'll set up the order.

The Power Bracelet Signature also fits the smallest wrist.

It's the additional links after the diamond links that you may not need to add. Once your order is placed, you can send us your wrist measurement and we'll make sure it fits your wrist perfectly.

Each Power Bracelet is handcrafted specially for you, based on the number of links that are engineered with diamonds. It is not possible to purchase links with diamonds after placing an order.

Power Bracelet GO is fully adjustable and compatible with all wrist sizes.

You can always purchase additional Diamond Loops for your Power Bracelet GO after you receive it.

Simply send us an email with the number of diamonds on each additional loop (4, 8 or 14) and we can set up the order. You can use more than 2 Loops on a Power Bracelet GO.

Noucou Diamond Loops are also compatible with the Apple Ocean Strap.

Power Bracelet / Lollipop can be used in the shower and while swimming in a pool. We do not recommend using it in salty ocean water.

Power Bracelet GO can also be worn in the ocean as well.

Please order the Noucou Ring of your choice and reply to the order confirmation email with the ring finger size.

If you don't have it and need a ring sizing tool, write to us and we'll send one out next business day (at no additional fee).
